The next Wheat Belly 10-Day Grain Detox Challenge is scheduled to start Tuesday, February 7th! – Tweet this!
Through my New York Times bestseller, Wheat Belly, millions of people learned how to reverse years of chronic health problems by removing wheat from their daily diets. Now, I have created an easy and accessible 10-Day Detox Program.
The Wheat Belly 10-Day Grain Detox supplies you with carefully designed meal plans and delicious recipes to fully eliminate wheat and related grains in the shortest time possible. Perfect for those who may have fallen off the wagon or for newcomers who need a jump-start for weight loss, this new addition to the Wheat Belly phenomenon guides you through the complete 10-Day Detox experience.
In addition to the brand-new quick-start program, I’ll teach you:
How to recognize and reduce wheat-withdrawal symptoms,
How to avoid common landmines that can sabotage success
How to use nutritional supplements to further advance weight loss and health benefits
The Wheat Belly 10-Day Grain Detox also includes:
Inspiring testimonials from people who have completed the program (and have now made grain-free eating a way of life)
Exciting new recipes to help get your entire family on board

I need to get back on track. 2 years ago, I suffered a cardiac arrest . I have an electrical problem in my lower ventricle. I will always need to be on a beta blocker. Please tell me I can still lose weight on this way of eating. I’m frustrated

What diet were you on at that time?
re: «I will always need to be on a beta blocker.»
Is the b-b just for arrhythmia, or also for hypertension? You may have read about these agents in one of the Wheat Belly books, or perhaps in this blog post: Drugs that block weight loss.
re: «Please tell me I can still lose weight on this way of eating.»
The Wheat Belly dietary recommendations are apt to be the most promising option, and are worth undertaking in any event, due to other health benefits. My exposure to this issue is limited, but there might be some chance of being able to wean off the b-b (it can be dangerous to discontinue abruptly even when no longer needed).

Hi Debbie, Was your heart arrhythmia Wolf-Parkinson-White (WPW)?
I had a bout with WPW. It ended up that my short circuit was caused by a neurofibroma from nerofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
I’m now on a carnivorous ketogenic diet. My neurofibromas and arrhythmia are now under control.
